Howard M. Gurock, Esq. 

Howard is an attorney admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as being a businessman, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor. As a trial lawyer focusing on business and commercial litigation, he has tried cases to verdict in the United States Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of New York and District of New Jersey. He has also successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Howard has been an associate attorney at a New York based litigation boutique, General Counsel for a stock trading company, having also previously held Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. From 1995 to 2007 he was a partner and chair of the litigation department for a NY and NJ based law firm specializing in business, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

 

As businessman he was the President and General Counsel for Eco-Lite Products which was a

multi-million-dollar retail lighting manufacturing and distribution company. He currently is the CEO

and General Counsel of TLC Companions Home Health Care, LLC which is a licensed and accredited home care services firm as well as serving as General Counsel for Pacific Apex Partnership, LLC.

 

In addition, as a private attorney since 2007, Howard regularly advises and is retained to represent companies in litigation management, arbitrations, general business representation such as contract formation and review in industries such as health care, commodities trading, large scale purchases and sales of medical supplies and risk management.
